Dr. Roula Bachour is the Agronomist and Irrigation Specialist at IrriWatch, Netherlands, a company that provides irrigation advisory to farmers worldwide based on satellite imagery. She is leading the research and development at IrriWatch. She has over 15 years of professional experience working in agriculture, water management, irrigation and remote sensing in the MENA region and USA. She has a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University with focus on Irrigation and Remote Sensing for Agriculture. 

Dr. Ahmed Tayia is currently a Visiting Researcher at the Centre for Environmental  Policy  of Imperial  College  London (UK). He has two PhDs - PhD from Imperial College Londo in Water Security and a PhD degree from the Complutense  University of  Madrid (Spain) in  International Economics  and Development. Besides the strong academic background, Ahmed is a career diplomat with 20 years of experience support Egypt’s Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

Dr. Vakur Sumer is an Associated Professor currently at a faculty member at Department of International Relations, Selcuk University, Konya (Turkey), with a PhD on international Relations from  , from Middle East Technical University, Ankara (Turkey). Until very recently he has been the Director of the Eurasian Research Institute in Almaty, Kazakhstan
